EXCHANGE / RETURN

The following rules apply if you want to exchange or return your purchased product from us:

  • The product/ hoofboots and the box/ packaging of the manufacturer must be undamaged and as new.  When there are traces of use and cannot be sold as new, we won't accept it.
  • While fitting hoofboots make sure the hoof is clean and dry. You can use a plastic bag around the hoof for protection.  To protect the sole of the boots you can put a towel on the floor or use a soft, clean surface. Testing/ walking on soft, dry, clean surfaces like sand, (driving arena) or grass to avoid traces of use. If the boots show traces of use and we can't sell them as new anymore, we won't accept the return
  • Promotions can`t be exchanged or returned
  • No return stickers directly on the manufacturer's packaging when returning
  • The package must be returned to us within 14 days
  • Sufficiently frank the shipment / package
  • Enclose a copy of the invoice or return form, if necessary with comments and / or IBAN and BIC number
  • An announcing email in advance 
  • Send us Track & Trace code by email
  • Shipping costs, even if they were not charged to you while ordering, will be deducted
